章程細(xì)則翻譯節(jié)選
In these Bye-laws, unless there be something within the subject or context inconsistent with such construction:
在本公司細(xì)則內(nèi)，除非主題或文義與該解釋不相符，否則：
(a) words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa;
(a)表示單數(shù)的詞匯包含復(fù)數(shù)涵義，反之亦然；
(b) words importing a gender include every gender;
(b)表示任何性別之詞匯應(yīng)包括每種性別；
(c) words importing persons include companies, associations and bodies of persons whether corporate or not;
(c)表示人士的詞匯包含公司、協(xié)會(huì)及團(tuán)體（無(wú)論是否法人）；
(d) the words:
(i) “may” shall be construed as permissive;
(ii) “shall” or “will” shall be construed as imperative;
(d)詞匯：
(i)“可”應(yīng)解釋為許可；
(ii)“應(yīng)”或“將”應(yīng)解釋為必須；
(e) expressions referring to writing shall, unless the contrary intention appears, be construed as including printing, lithography, photography and other modes of representing words or figures in a visible form, and including where the representation takes the form of electronic display, provided that both the mode of service of the relevant document or notice and the Member’s election comply with all applicable Statutes, rules and regulations;
(e)就“書面”一詞而言，除非有違用意，否則應(yīng)詮釋為包括印刷、影印、照片及以其他清晰之形式傳達(dá)文字或數(shù)字之方式，亦包括電子顯示方式，惟送達(dá)有關(guān)文件或通告或股東選擇表之方式，均須遵守一切有關(guān)法規(guī)、規(guī)則及規(guī)例；
(f) references to any act, ordinance, statute or statutory provision shall be interpreted as relating to any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force; and
(f)對(duì)任何法例、條例、法規(guī)或法律條文的提述，應(yīng)解釋為有關(guān)當(dāng)時(shí)有效的任何法律的修訂版或重訂版；
(g) save as aforesaid words and expressions defined in the Statutes shall bear the same meanings in these Bye-laws if not inconsistent with the subject in the context.
(g)除上文所述者外，法規(guī)中界定的詞匯及表述倘并無(wú)與內(nèi)容的主題不符，均應(yīng)具有相同于本公司細(xì)則的含義。
