All un-processed metal surface exposed in the air will be shined by sand blasting and printing with two layers of rust inhibiting primer (lead is prohibited), and the thickness of each paint film should not less than 50×10-6m and no less than 75×10-6m after completely dry of the final factory antirust painting. The condensation purpose surface should be painted with appropriate anti-condensation coating.
在引水隧洞下移后，將導(dǎo)流洞軸線移至原引水洞的軸線位置，由于導(dǎo)流洞底板高程較引水洞底板高程低約20m，洞室?guī)r石埋深增加，洞室圍巖巖體質(zhì)量變好，可基本滿足導(dǎo)流洞成洞。主要由面板、趾板及上游蓋重區(qū)、上游鋪蓋區(qū)、等部分組成。所有暴露在大氣中的未加工金屬表面，用噴砂清理到發(fā)亮，并刷2層防銹底漆(不得含鉛)，每層漆膜厚度不小于50×10-6m，而最后一道工廠防銹涂料完全干燥后，漆膜厚度不得小于75×10-6m，對(duì)受冷凝作用的表面應(yīng)涂上合適的防結(jié)露涂層。
