石油翻譯節(jié)選
"Exploration" shall include such geological, geophysical, aerial and other surveys as may be contained in the approved Work Programs and Budgets, and the drilling of such shot holes, core holes, stratigraphic tests, holes for the discovery of Petroleum or the appraisal of Petroleum discoveries and other related holes and wells, and the purchase or acquisition of such supplies, materials, services and equipments therefor, all as may be contained in the approved Work Programs and Budgets. The verb "explore" means the act of conducting Exploration.
“勘探”包括經(jīng)審批工作計(jì)劃及預(yù)算或會(huì)包含之地質(zhì)、地理、航空及其他勘查，以及經(jīng)審批之工作計(jì)劃及預(yù)算所或會(huì)包含之炮眼鉆探、巖心鉆孔、地層測(cè)試、為發(fā)現(xiàn)石油或評(píng)估石油發(fā)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行之鉆孔以及其他相關(guān)之鉆孔及鉆井，以及為此購(gòu)買(mǎi)或收購(gòu)相關(guān)物資、材料、服務(wù)及設(shè)備等。動(dòng)詞“勘探”指進(jìn)行勘探之行為。
"Petroleum" means Liquid Crude Oil of various densities, asphalt, Gas, casinghead gas and all other hydrocarbon substances that may be found in, and produced, or otherwise obtained and saved from the Area under this Agreement, and all substances that may be extracted therefrom.
“石油”指在本協(xié)議項(xiàng)下之地區(qū)內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)、生產(chǎn)或以其他方式獲得及貯存之不同密度之液態(tài)原油、瀝青、天然氣、油井氣及所以其他烴類物質(zhì)，以及由此提取之所有物質(zhì)。
"Liquid Crude Oil" or "Crude Oil" or "Oil" means any hydrocarbon produced from the Area which is in a liquid state at the wellhead or lease separators or which is extracted from the Gas or casinghead gas in a plant. Such liquid state shall exist at sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60 F) and atmospheric pressure of 14.65 PSIA. Such term includes distillate and condensate.
“液態(tài)原油”或“原油”或“油”指在地區(qū)內(nèi)生成并在井口或井場(chǎng)油氣分離器以液態(tài)形式存在或從裝置中之天然氣或油井氣中提取之任何烴類物質(zhì)。該液體狀態(tài)可存在于華氏六十度(60°F)及氣壓為14.65 PSIA之環(huán)境中。該詞匯包括餾分油及凝析油。
"Gas" means natural gas both associated and non-associated, and all of its constituent elements produced from any well in the Area (other than Liquid Crude Oil) and all non-hydrocarbon substances therein. Said term shall include residual gas, that Gas remaining after removal of LPG.
“天然氣”指地區(qū)內(nèi)任何油井生成之伴生及非伴生天然氣及其所有組成部份（液態(tài)原油除外），以及由此產(chǎn)生之所有非烴類物質(zhì)。上述詞匯包括去除液化石油氣后所剩之殘余氣體。
"LPG" means liquefied petroleum gas, which is a mixture principally of butane and propane liquefied by pressure and temperature.
“液化石油氣”指液化石油氣，一種主要經(jīng)氣壓及溫度作用后被液化之丁烷及丙烷組成之混合物。
